Many Stran customers utilize more than one of the many services that we offer. Once you start to combine services whether its Promotional Products with eCompany Stores and warehousing/fulfillment or some other set of services, Stran considers you a program client. Program clients receive many benefits in addition to the great customer service and industry knowledge that all our clients receive.
What is a Program?
Programs are generally on ongoing business relationship with our customers where we do more than just source promotional products and ship it to our clients. Most program clients utilize our warehousing facility based in East Bridgewater, MA and many also have us manage an online store where they can order materials which are housed in our warehouse facility to be shipped to any location worldwide. Through our partnership with Harte Hanks, a global leader in warehousing, fulfillment, and direct mail, Stran has a tremendous ability to scale programs to fit many different client’s needs. We also offer multiple technology platforms which assist in the management of programs. Each platform has different capabilities and price points. Depending on each client’s specific requirements and budget we will make a technology platform recommendation for their program.
Goodwin Procter has partnered with Stran for well over 10 years. Our firm, like most law firms, is a pretty tough customer. We constantly need quick turnaround, out-of-the-box ideas, shipping to multiple locations or a solution for a strange request from a partner that initially seems impossible to fulfill. Even with all this craziness, we ALWAYS receive nothing but the best customer service from everyone on the Stran team. What kinds of additional Benefits do Program Clients enjoy?
Program Clients are provided a dedicated account team to manage all of their business. Each team is comprised on team members from different areas of the business and they are built around the client’s needs. Each Account Team is lead be an Account Manager who is the primary day to day contact for the client and who is responsible for meeting the goals and commitments of the program guidelines. Additional team members may include account reps, sourcing reps, designers, accounting associates, and/or technology support staff.
These integrated teams bring cross-company knowledge all managed through a single point of contact. Account teams are also built with team members who have industry experience within the client’s vertical. This aides in understanding issues that may exist around compliance or privacy as well as having institutional knowledge around what might work and what is trending within specific verticals.
The more services that a client adds to their program the greater the efficiencies we can create for any marketing operations team. It also helps us find greater cost savings for that client and it helps to ensure greater brand consistency across all sales and marketing materials.
